We aim to minimize the need for returns by providing accurate sizing information on each product page. We encourage you to carefully check sizing and product details before making a purchase to ensure the best fit.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy
Our return window is 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note: A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee covers return shipping costs and processing fees.

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Log in to your account through our website.
  2. Navigate to the Returns page and click "Request a Return."
  3. Enter your email address and follow the prompts to receive a verification code.
  4. Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
  5. Choose a return reason and add any relevant notes.
  6. Click "Request Return."

Once approved, you will receive an email with further instructions.

  • For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • For all other returns or exchanges, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please retain tracking information to confirm receipt of your package.

If you wish to purchase a return shipping label, you can visit USPS.com and click on "Create a Shipment." Follow the prompts and send us the tracking number for expedited processing.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund minus the 10% restocking fee will be issued within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days:

  • First, check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • If issues persist, contact our support team at support@blackandscholared.com for assistance.

Sale & Custom Items
Sale items and custom products are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges - Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@blackandscholared.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate and correct the issue as quickly as possible.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the gift wasn’t marked or was shipped to the giver:

  • The refund will go to the gift giver and they’ll be notified of the return.
